We are unsure if those still function properly. -There is currently no heat but one could easily add a monitor heater once the cabin is moved to its new location. -Kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, sink & hot plate. Upon receipt of full payment, the cabin must be removed from the property by 5:00 PM on the day of closing. Buyer is responsible for coordinating and covering all costs associated with moving the cabin to its new location.
