Supplements: The building has metal siding and metal roof. The office area was added to the shop in 2010 and has in-floor heat. The original design had 2 more offices where one of the showrooms is located. More offices could easily be added. A new gas boiler was installed in 2021. The shop/warehouse has 2 active 12' garage doors and there is a 3rd on that is enclosed in the exterior wall that can easily be revealed and used. It is heated with 2 large forced air units. The shop has one restroom and a second one is roughed in. The shop was separated into 2 units at one point with a separate electric meter for each side. Some of the large heavy duty steel racks can stay as well as the two 40ft Conex storage containers. The 2 driveways have locking crossbars.
